The Big Grill Events Trailer & Smokehouse

At Big Grill Catering we love to put on a show.  From our award winning Ontario Back Ribs to our Delicious Home-Made Hamburgers, we love to Grill!!  What better way to “heat-up”  your next BBQ or event than with the Big Grill Events Trailer! 

Based on our love of BBQ we have created the Big Grill Events Trailer, which is simply a 20 foot  rolling BBQ kitchen on wheels.   With 2 Propagne Grills, a 6 foot charcoal burning grill plus an apple-wood smoker we will put together the best BBQ you’ve ever had.  

Some of the most poular items that we’ve thrown on our grills have been rib steaks, chops, salmon fillets, flattened whole chickens and even a brisquet or two!  All prepared, onsite by our upbeat and entertaining chefs, who will be  happy to engage your guests or answer any questions all while BBQ’ing on our open deck.
